Refund Policy

At Untamed, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive experience for all participants who book group sessions through our platform. To maintain fairness and ensure a respectful, safe environment for everyone, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below. Please carefully read the terms to understand when a refund is applicable and when it is not.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking for a group session under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty. Cancellations within the 24-hour period leading up to the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel, please log in to your account, go to the "My Bookings" section, and follow the instructions to cancel your session.

Note: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or do not attend the session, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not allowed under the following circumstances:

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refund will be provided.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend the session without informing us in advance, no refund will be issued.

  • Midway Dropout: If you leave the group session midway, you will not be eligible for a refund, as the session will be considered completed on your part.

  • Men Registering for Women-Only Sessions: Since our group sessions are specifically designed to be a safe space for women, men are not permitted to register for these sessions. All men who attempt to register and complete bookings will be ineligible for a refund, as they have been clearly warned about eligibility restrictions prior to registration.

3. Exception Requests for Refunds

Even in cases where a refund is typically not applicable (such as last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or dropping out midway), you may still request a refund by submitting a detailed explanation.

To request an exception:

  • Refund Request Form: You must complete and submit the Refund Request Form, which will be attached to this policy. In this form, you will need to provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.

  • Review Process: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will consider exceptional circumstances such as personal emergencies or unforeseen events.

Please note that all refund decisions are final, and submissions without a valid, detailed reason will not be considered.

4. Eligibility for Refund Requests

Refund requests are only considered in cases where:

  • You provide a valid reason within the Refund Request Form.

  • You submit the request within a reasonable time frame after the session, and your case aligns with our stated refund policy exceptions.

Note: Refunds will not be processed automatically. You must submit the form, and the request will be evaluated based on the details provided.

Our group sessions are designed to foster a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for women. This policy ensures that all participants can fully benefit from the group experience without disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these terms.
